Craig Conroy
Craig Conroy is an American center on the Calgary Flames.
Conroy was drafted in 1990 by Montreal, but played only 13 games with the Habs before being traded to St. Louis in 1996. In St. Louis, he emerged as one of the better defensive forwards in the NHL, and since playing with the Blues, he has finished all but two seasons with a positive plus/minus rating. He was traded to Calgary in 2001, and had his best offensive seasons with the Flames. He finished the 2001-02 campaign with 27 goals, 75 points and a +24 rating. He signed with Los Angeles after the lockout, but was traded back to Calgary in 2007.
Conroy played for Team USA at the 2004 World Championships and the 2006 Winter Olympics.
