Denis Tyurin
Denis Tyurin is a professional ice hockey player who was born on June 3, 1980 in Lipetsk, Russian SFSR. Tyurin currently plays a left wing for Metallurg Novokuznetsk, although he used to be a member of HK Ugra Khanty-Mansiysk.
Tyurin started playing professionally when he was still a junior before 1997. The first team that he ever joined was HC Lada Togliatti, although it is unknown how long he has been with the team. It has been noted, however, that Tyurin made his debut for the team during the 1996 season, right when the Russian Super League was still active.
Tyurin then left HC Lada Togliatti in 1997 and took a season break before he was signed by ZSK WS Samara. Tyurin stayed with the said club for just two years before moving on to Metallurg Novokuznetsk.
It would take Tyurin a number of years and clubs throughout his career before he was able to sign his contract with Metallurg Novokuznetsk on May 2011.
