Denis Walerjewitsch

Denis Walerjewitsch Kartsev is a professional ice hockey who is best known for being a center of HC Sibir Novosibirsk. Kartsev was born on April 25, 1976 in Moscow, Russian SFSR. HC Sibir Novosibirsk is a professional club that is a part of the KHL or the Kontinentalen Hockey-Liga.

Kartsev started playing ice hockey when he was still very young. In fact, his career as an ice hockey player started when he was still in his youth at his hometown when he was signed by HC Dynamo Moscow. He stayed with the team from 1994 up to 2005. This was during the years when the Russian Super League was still very active.

By 2005, Kartsev was offered a contract by HC Lada Togliatti, which he accepted but he stayed with the club for just 2 years before moving to HK MvD Balashikha and Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod. Afterwards, he transferred to Chimik Woskressensk. Kartsev then transferred to HC Lada Togliatti once more, but ended up playing for HC Sibir Novosibirsk, where he has been playing since 2009.
