Yakov Rachinsky is a Russian ice hockey player. Born on January 31, 1980 in Samara, Russia, Rachinsky plays forward and currently plays for Molot-Prikamie Perm and Laga Togliatti. The 31 year old started playing with Dynamo Moskva-2 in the 1998-1999 season before moving on to play with HC Voronezh in the 1999-2000 season. He then played for CSK VVS Samara for three seasons before he was picked up by Lada Togliatti 2 for the 2003-2004 seasons. Rachinsky then transferred to Amur Khabarovsk in the 2004-2005 season. It was also during this season when he played for Neftyanik Leninogorsk, both teams being under the Russia2 league. He continued with Neftyanik Leninogorsk in the 2005-2005 season, and played for Lada Togliatti at the same time. He would stay with the team for five seasons.

The Russia played his highest number of games during the 2006-2007 season with Lada Togliatti, where he played 57 games. He scored the highest number of goal points during his stint with CSK VVS Samara were he scored 18 goals. He has also played in five playoff games.
