Simon Danner

Simon Danner is a professional ice hockey player who was born on December 25, 1986 in Freiburg, Germany. Danner stands at 182 cm in height, weighing 82 kilograms. He is currently a member of the DEG Metro Stars, which is a part of the German Ice Hockey League, or DEL.

Danner started playing professional ice hockey when he was still quite young, playing right wing with EVR in 2002. The team is considered as an offspring of EHC Freiburg, where Danner went through several age categories before being a part of a full first team in ice hockey.

It was only in 2005 that Danner was finally signed by a huge club called the Augsburger Panther, although he was not able to play with the team. He was transferred to the Frankfurt Lions, where he stayed for five years before transferring once more to DEG Metro Stars.
