Serge Aubin

Serge Aubin is a professional ice hockey player who is best known for currently playing with the Hamburg Freezers of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga or German Ice Hockey League. Aubin was born on February 15, 1975 in Val-d’Or, Quebec, Canada, and is known for being an excellent center player
Although Aubin came to fame when he was selected by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1994 during the NHL Entry Draft held for the said year, he was not able to play in the NHL so far. He has, however, started playing since 1992 when he joined the Drummondville Voltigeurs. Aubin then transferred to Granby Bisons in 1993 but stayed with the team for just 2 years.
It took Aubin a number of years to find the team that suited him best, and soon enough he found himself playing in the German Ice Hockey League, particularly the Hamburg Freezers.
