Jason Holland is a professional ice hockey player who was born on April 30, 1976 in Morinville, Alberta, Canada. Holland is of German-Canadian descent, and has been playing with the DEG Metro Stars since 2009. In addition to his professional playing career, Holland is also a part of the German national team since 2007.

Holland started his playing career as early as 1992 when he played with the Kamloops Blazers. He then spent four years of this career playing with the said team before he transferred to the Kentucky Thoroughblades. Initially, Holland played in the Canadian Junior Football League before he was drafted by the New York Islanders during the NHL Entry Draft in 1994.

One of the most memorable times in Holland’s life was during the time he played in the World Championship which resulted in a victory against Slovakia.
