Jan Bulis is a Czech center on HK Atlant.

Bulis was drafted in 1996 by the Washington Capitals while he played in the OHL with the Barrie Colts. He had 162 points in two seasons with the Colts, and made his NHL debut with the Capitals in 1997. He had 16 points in 48 games his rookie year, and played parts of the next four season with Washington before being traded to Montreal in 2002. He had a career high 24 assists and 40 points in 2005-06 while playing for Montreal. He scored 20 goals for the first time in 2005-06, and played a season with Vancouver before signing with HK Atlant in 2007. He had 48 points and 106 penalty minutes in his first season playing in Russia. Bulis also won an Extraliga championship while playing with HC Pardubice during the NHL lockout.

Bulis won a bronze medal with the Czech Republic at the 2006 Olympics, as well as a silver medal at that year's World Championships.
