Maxim Semenov

Maxim Semenov is a Kazakh defenseman on HK Atlant.

Semenov was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2004, after he put up 7 points and 50 penalty minutes in his first full season with Lada Togliatti in the Super League. He played two more years with the team, setting a career high with 79 penalty minutes in 2004-05, but was traded to HK Atlant midway through the following season. He set career high with 5 goals and 17 points in 2008-09, and has been one of the club's more consistent defensemen in the past few seasons.
