Andrei Grushin is a Russian forward on Lokomotiv Yaroslavl.

Grushin had an impressive season in the Russian Third League during 2008-09, his second year with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl-2, scoring 17 goals and 40 points. He spent 2009-10 in the MHL, scoring 16 goals and 33 points, and has spent most of the 2010-11 season in the MHL again.
