Vyacheslav Buravchikov is a Russian defenseman on Ak Bars Kazan.

Buravchikov was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in 2005, after a solid season in the lower levels of Russian hockey with Krylia Sovetov. He joined HK Atlant in 2005, and had 4 points in his rookie year. He signed with Ak Bars Kazan in 2006, and put up a career high 10 points in 2009, helping the team win the first ever Gagarin Cup as KHL champs. He and the team would repeat the feat in 2010.

In 2005, he was the most productive defenseman at the U18 World Juniors, leading all blueliners in goals, assists and points (4-3-7). He won back to back silver medals with Team Russia at the World Juniors in 2006 and 2007.
