Jamie McBain

Jamie McBain is an American defenseman in the Carolina Hurricanes’ organization.

McBain was drafted by the Hurricanes in 2006, after scoring 30 points with the US National Development Team. He then played three years at the University of Wisconsin, where he scored 37 points in his junior year. He signed with the Albany River Rats in the AHL after that season, skipping his senior year at Wisconsin, and made his NHL debut with the Hurricanes in 2009. He played 14 games and scored 3 goals and 10 points.

McBain won a bronze medal with Team USA at the 2007 World Juniors.
