Career

Watson became a professional golfer in 2002. He started his career in the Nationwide Tour. In 2005, he made it to the PGA Tour. He won his first PGA Title in 2010, the Travelers Championship. His first major win came in 2012. Watson won the Masters Tournament, winning against Louis Oosthuizen of South Africa.

He won the Masters Tournament again in 2014, winning by three strokes ahead of Jonas Blixt and Jordan Spieth. His latest PGA Tour title came in 2018, He won the Travelers Championship for the third time in his career.

In 2022, Watson began playing in the LIV Golf Series. He announced his retirement from the PGA Tour in August of that year.
