Christina Kim (real name is Kim Cho Rong) is a Korean female professional golf player. She was born on March 15,1984 at San Jose, California, USA. She stands a good 5 feet and 6 inches, and is currently sponsored by Keri Golf (bag), Yes! Golf (putter), and LIJA (apparel).

Christina was notorious when she was still an amateur when she shot a 62, known to be the lowest score ever shot at a USGA event. In 2002, she turned pro and competed in the Futures Tour where she came out winning one event and grabbed 12 top ten finishes which put her second on the money list. It earned her an exempt card for the 2003 LPGA.

To prepare for her rookie season, Christina went an extra mile by having her parents escort her by going to almost every location for each tournament before the season started. She practiced a round on each course in hopes that her familiarity of the layout would give her a leg up on her fellow rookie competitors during tournament season.

In 2003, she made waves at her first LPGA event. She had a chance to win in the final group, but managed to finish in fourth place. And although she had some rough times during the end of the year, she still went to end her year ranking fourth in Rookie of the Year rankings.

Christina is well known for her spitfires while on tour, as well has her colorful clothing and emotional reactions. She has then earned dozens of fans, making it impossible to ignore her.

Through her career, she has had 3 professional wins. Two of these are LPGA Tour wins, and one Futures Tour win. However, she still has yet to win a Major Championship.
