Cameron Percy is a professional golf player, who was born in Chelsea, Victoria. He is known for participating in the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour of Australasia.
First Golf Tours
Percy became interested in golf when he was young, and by 1996, he joined the Tasmanian Open where he became champion for 2 straight years. He also announced that he was turning into a professional golf player in 1998. However, his first National tour happened in 2005, he returned to Australia to join the developmental Von Nida Tour in 2006.
Professional Career
After a 2-year hiatus, he returned to the National Tour in 2008, where he finished 8th place on the money list since he had some 10 finishes in the tour. He successfully earned a PGA Tour card for 2010. He also joined the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open, where he finished second place.
Percy also appeared in the Nomura Cup in 1997 and Australian Men’s Interstate Teams Matches in 1996-97.
