Throughout the club's life, they've won so many titles. Even though they were founded in 1878, not all teams have won as many titles in different leagues as Everton FC has.
So far they've won:
The League Championship Nine times
The FA Cup Five Times
The UEFA Cup Once
Their most recent major trophy was the 1995 FA Cup.
It's quite interesting and amazing that this can happen with such a range of accomplishments.

Apparently the owners have had solid ideas on what they wanted, what their goals were, and knew how to accomplish them. When you're willing to put the time, effort and financing into building a championship team, this is what happens.

Maybe they aren't as good as in some previous eras, they are still an excellent team. More championships in the near future aren't completely out of the question.

To me, it seems like we view teams as never being "as good as they used to be." Is that a fact, or is it nostalgia kicking in?
