He is ready to lead the team. He got enough wisdom on how to win a football match and its a good time to make good use of that knowledge that he have to lead the team.
A coach needs to know how to train people, he might be great in the game, but who is to say he knows how to relay that info from a players point of view as a coach?
I think he could bring a good deal to the table but is he a little too young right now, maybe so. I think others are going to swing that way too on the vote.
