Why cricket is not popular in England?

To be brutally honest England has become die hard football loving nation. Some youth think it as tedious sport. What's your opinion?

I think it is good that England really likes football and is increasingly motivated to play it, the bad thing is that some boys do not see it that way because they think it is dangerous because of the lessons that some players receive.
