Juve is accumulating young talents and they are successful on it. But do you think it is a better investment in getting young players rather than trading not so old but tested players?
Read the news here wherein Juve is getting Martin Fenin of Czech Republic.

I think you need a good mix just to be safe. Young is good for stamina, but older has more experience to teach the newbies too.

It is good to invest in these young players because they are easily trained rather than the old ones which have their own pride already. But a team should not have more than half its players to be rookies, the veterans will be the one to lead them and not the other way around.

Getting new, young players brings in a different set of fans. It also can help remake a team's image. Veterans help make the team cohesive, but there is alot to be said for putting lots of new talent in one place.

Bringing in lots of young talent is for teams trying to build a long solid future. I think it is a smart move. I think you need some veterans to bring them along but the future is bright.

I agree with ArmchairQ. Collecting young talent like this team is doing is going to make for a great club a few years from now. The could ride these youngsters to the top and stay there for a long time.

I think if the ones you pick are decent that they can follow someones advice to guide them into being better players then yes I'm all for it. Sometimes young and older alike have issues following another's words of wisdom though.
