I was reading an article on the Juventus website where they were commenting on the number of evening games the team had drawn this year in comparison to games played during the day. The writer of the article did not really express whether he considered this to be a good thing or not. It obviously hasn't affected their performance at all. Do you think there is a big difference between games played during the day and those played in the evening? How much of an affect do you feel it has on the team?

Good question. I guess it will affect them a bit. Playing soccer spend so much energy and produce so much heat on your body. You will get tired sooner in the warm or hot environment than in the cool environment. So I think they will perform better in the evening than they do in the day.

I would think playing the evening games would be easier on them because of the cooler temps. I personally prefer playing night games to day time games.

I would go with evenings as well but that might depend on the player, some do seem to prefer days more than evening. If it were me though (which I am thankful it is not), I would opt for the dead of night to make sure there was a small chance for overheating (I do bad in the warm weather).
