longest tenured Flyer?

Simon Gagne is he still in the lead for being there the longest? Has anyone even came close to beating this record?

He played 96-07, thats 11 years, Im not sure who would come in second......maybe Rick Comley? I think that would be for coaching though, tough question!

He's been there a while.. which is good for them, because I think he's an elite player. It's too bad he's been injured for most of this season though.

With all the players going out lately, I wonder if he will be able to pull through for the long haul or if he will just retire early?

I think if he recovers well from the injury he'll stick with it as long as he can. Early retirement isn't something a player does as much in hockey just because they want to.
