Calm and Compose

Dhoni is a team leader who never shouted. I haven't seen any game of his where he shouted on a team member. I think this is one of the reasons why the Super Kings are winning because the team members are confident on their captain.

That's a great attitude. I think Dhoni really has a good personality that makes him respected by other team members. He is not arrogant despite his excellent skills and achievement. I would love to work with this guy.

I also would love to have a boss like Dhoni. It is better for a leader to encourage his subordinates through actions rather than words.

I now wonder if Dhoni has a breaking point. There is got to be a time when he is fed up. I guess his qualities are worth paying for by their sponsors.
