Deccan Chargers - What's the Missing Link?

The Deccan Chargers, the winners of IPL2 who started as top dogs in this season are struggling to find their place in the IPL standings. What's the problem with the team? Is there any missing link? If so, what that could be? Any guesses?

Everything seems to be missing with the Deccan Chargers. A match which they should have won was lost. Catches which could have easily taken have been dropped. Runs which could have been stopped were allowed. The performance of Deccan Chargers have been awful. Only God can help them.

I haven't been able to figure out what the problem is this year either but I have to agree with Tillu, only God can help then now.

They can still come back next year with better preparation on games. I feel that they have some internal conflicts and the team is not ready to play the games with the best of their abilities.

Hopefully, their win over the Rajasthan Royals last night was a sign that they are resolving some of those internal conflicts and that they are ready to get back to playing the game of cricket.

Let's hope that the remaining games will be successful but I bet that it is already too late for them to enter the semis. I guess the missing link here was lack of determination or they are too comfortable in playing the games.
