Kevin Garnett Traded to Celtics

Wow, a major blockbuster deal occurring this afternoon. Kevin Garnett is leaving Minnesota after the Celtics agreed to acquire the all-star forward in a multi-player trade with the Timberwolves.
Heading the other way are forward Al Jefferson, guard Sebastian Telfair, swingman Gerald Green and centre Theo Ratliff.
I think it's a nice deal for the Celtics, though they did lose a lot of depth. Your thoughts?

I am not sure it will be too good of a trade. Kevin seems to have the best years behind him... I mean since around 2004 - 2005 he has been lacking some momentum....
But I can be wrong, and it can be a very good deal

LOL, I was just going to post this! You beat me to it. Honestly though I think sometimes a player needs something like this to spark their career again. I say the change in teams is going to do him good and you're going to see a better ball player now. Watch, you'll see! :)

I'm a raps fan. After looking at this further, I'm kind of scared now. Garnett gives the Celtics 3 superstars, and although Boston might not have much of a future anymore, they could become a serious force in the weak Atlantic division.

EXCITING NEWS! I've always been a Kevin Garnett fan, and he'll make an excellent addition to the Celtics. Definitely one of the better things to happen for the Celtics in some time.
