I am really happy to see how the McLaren Mercedes guys are pushing young Hamilton to do his thing. He is grasping the opportunity with both hands and doing very well too.

I can't believe this guy's meteoric rise. He's good and he races for a great team. I hope he continues with them for a long time.

I love seeing new talent come on the scene, especially when they show as much promise as Hamilton. He has an excellent team teaching him the ropes and I can't wait to see what he makes of this opportunity.

Some of the guys though, the rookies, are so young that its scary. Maybe they just look younger, but it makes me think of my own kid getting behind the wheel of something as fast and scary as that.

Break em in soon, show em the ropes and then let them run wild. How else could you get into the line of work they are in and expect to not learn?

Starting so young they have a huge potential for a very long career. Look at how long the likes of Dale Earnhardt raced for, in Nascar. I would guess that your own physical state is less important.

Of anyone it seems Hamilton kind of has it in his blood to do this sort of thing. While all the members are good at what they do it seems he has a certain knack for it.
