Seems as if he was under the influence when he had the accident. Often times, people who make it big and then have to move on find it difficult to make the proper adjustments. Yes, it was horrible he was driving under the influence. Yes, it was horrendous that a person was killed as a result of his negligence. That all understood, he still stands on his record. That should not be negated by this terrible tragedy that he surely was not intending to happen.
