So I sent out my holiday card the other day (I know I'm running late this year) and had my uncle tell me they were sacrilegious. They have a Steelers helmet sitting in the snow with stars in the sky and the inside says something about a happy holiday and nice new year. Do you think its wrong to have Steelers on your Christmas cards?

I am still trying to wrap my mind around this, does he know that sacrilegious = blasphemous. How is a sports team helmet in the snow blasphemous?

My uncle is ultra-conservative so anything but a religious meaning to the holiday gets him bent out of shape. Football and religion should only be mixed in the locker room in his mind, not on a holiday card.
