Basically, they need to get some great players in this year to help out Roethlisberger who is a great quarterback.
Also, if they could get their guys to keep out of trouble that would be good.
A renewed work ethic would go a long way. The players need to remember that what they do off the field impacts what they do on the field and reflects on the team as a whole. A couple trades to round out the roster would be nice as well.
The Steeler are a good football team. For the fans and management good isn't good enough. What does this team need to do to contend for a championship next season?
Work ethic that would go a long way. They were a blue collar type team in past with a great work ethic but they've haven't been that in awhile. Work ethic plus bringing in some better talent sounds like a formula for a championship to me.
Special teams is where we need improvement the most. I hope we have a good return guy this year. We need to tighten up the O line, but I think Ben is able to still do a great job because he is so mobile. We totally need better special teams
