Not commited, not caring, not really wanting it?

All over the web I am hearing the same thing that people think he just does not care about the game if he is not playing for the club. Are people rushing this too quick and not being patient or does it even matter, do his actions give you reason to doubt him?

He said that the lack of practice hinders the team and I believe it. At Barcelona the players train together everyday and he has great players next to him. Moreover, to win a game is the responsibility of the whole team.

I believe the lack of practice and leadership has contributed to his disinterest as well. Something is seriously failing on the leadership end, coaches, managers, owners, etc. He even stated himself there are talented people in Argentina that play just as good as his Barcelona teammates, but of course, they aren't being challenged. I think anyone would be unmotivated if you have two extremes like he does. I would give my heart and soul to the team and leaders that give their all to me.

If there is a legit reason to miss a game or practice then I am ok with it, to a point. When people start giving any old excuse to get out of something then I have a problem with it. Many sites are talking about his "reasons" being "excuses" and i am still not sure which side of the fence I am on here.

I can imagine he is feeling frustrated with the lack of leadership and practice that he is used to, but I think he is just going to have to get over it and deal with what he has.

I think that people are rushing it. They should give him more time to show us what he thinks and how he'll behave. Why rush to judge someone and condemn them? Especially our football players.
