I guess I have a thing for when I see hard working people, in sports or any other field but the header for this article really made me think that sometimes we forget how well these players train and work for what we just "enjoy".

I sometimes have to put myself in check when I have no sympathy for players whining about what I deem to be small matters because I think their pay does not allow them to complain about what they do. Thanks for the link to this article, it really puts their hard work into perspective.

It sounds like they have a smart coach.These guys put in a lot of hard work, but pushing the players until they can't play anymore is not a smart move. This coach knows what he is doing and it is obviously working.
