After horrible performances in recent years in the champions league, do you think that Real Madrid are going to capture the Champions league this year after spending so much money?

Well, at this point Real Madrid is at the top of their group. If they can stay there till spring they will make it to the next round. I would really like to see things turn around for them this year.

Real Madrid is always busy to spend money buying star players. I believe it's not just a waste money. The huge investment is part of their strategy (and other big clubs' strategy) to earn more money. I think if they can make good use of their existing players now, they can be lucky in the league.

I do think they can capture the Champions League, but they had opportunities to do this in the past, if they focused on developing their current talent instead of searching for the next big star. Either way, much luck to them.
