What will you do with Navas? Its no doubt that Navas is really good but with his anxiety disorder, the team will not be complete without a good midfielder. If I were the manager, I would try to scout as early as possible to look for possible player as good as Navas. The team must not wait on Navas to get over his homesickness in order to have a good midfielder. That is just me if I were the manager.

I tend to agree with you. It doesn't really matter how good a player is, if they can't play, they're useless to the team. And the manager has to consider the whole team. He can't babysit one individual player. He owes it to the team (and his boss) to do what's best for the team in the long run.

Aren't there medications to help with anxiety disorders? Why not just try to hook him up with one of those? Navas is too good to lose.

Or maybe, try to bring his whole family in the games that he is playing. I mean with the money that he is receiving, I think he can afford to send them to watch the games that he plays.

There may be other reasons his family can't come with, but I really don't know the particulars too well.
