Harry Douglas, IV is a wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League. He was chosen in the third round as the 89th overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft. He was chosen after playing his college football with the Louisville Cardinals.

In 2006, Douglas had a breakout season as a junior. He caught 70 passes for 1,265 yards and six touchdowns. He was First-team All-Big East that season and also in 2007. In his final year, Douglas was also a Second-team AP All-American. His teammates and fans fondly call him "H-Deezy", Dr.Douglas", Hurrying Harry" and by all other nicknames too.

The five-foot-eleven, 171-pound wideout may be undersized, but he does show very fine downfield speed and has exceptional skills when it comes to crossing patterns. In college, he was a go-to guy, possessing sure hands, some toughness in the middle of the field and fine potential in the slot. His small frame is the biggest concern. Can Douglas battle enough and develop the right moves to stave off defenders, enabling him to become a second receiver? He'll most likely be jammed at the line and will have a tough time extending his body above and beyond defenders. Although not a number one wideout, he is a viable number two guy.
