Deiter turned pro in 2019 when he was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 3rd round. He was the 78th overall pick of the draft. In his rookie season, he made 16 appearances for the team. By the 2021 season, he was the starting center for the Dolphins. In October 2021, he was placed on injured reserve.In March 2023, he signed with the Houston Texans.
