Noah Fant is an American footballer who holds the position of tight end for the NFL team Seattle Seahawks. He played football in his high school and college years, setting records and making a name for himself. The Denver Broncos drafted Fant in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Career

Noah Fant joined the Denver Broncos after being selected in the 2019 NFL Draft. They acquired him after they traded their 10th overall selection. Fant debuted in the NFL in a game versus the Oakland Raiders, where he made 2 catches for 29 yards. He also rushed one time for -5 yards in this game, though it ended in his team’s loss, 24-16.

In Week 4, Fant caught 2 passes for 31 yards versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was the first career touchdown he made. Fant finished with 3 catches for 115 receiving yards in Week 9 versus the Cleveland Browns. He also made a 75-yard touchdown with the win to his team. In Week 14, he made 4 catches for 113 yards and a touchdown versus the Houston Texans. The Broncos took the victor, 38-24.
Fant finished his first season with 40 receptions for 562 yards and 3 receiving touchdowns.

In the 2020 season, his team’s first game was against the Tennessee Titans, where he caught 5 passes for 81 yards. It was also in this game when Fant made his first receiving touchdown for the season. Week 2 was against the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he made 4 passes for 57 yards, a 2-point conversion, and a single touchdown. He finished the season with 62 receptions for 673 yards and 3 receiving touchdowns.

In the 2021 season, Fant made noticeable gameplay during the game versus the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 6. He completed 9 passes for 97 yards and a receiving touchdown, though it was a loss, 34-24. In Week 17, he caught 6 passes for 92 yards and a receiving touchdown in the game versus the Los Angeles Chargers. He finished the season with 68 receptions for 670 yards and 4 receiving touchdowns.

The Broncos traded Fant to the Seattle Seahawks on March 16, 2022.
