Kenyan Drake is an American professional football player. He plays in the National Football League for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2021. He also used to play for the Arizona Cardinals and the Miami Dolphins. Drake attended Hillgrove High School and the University of Alabama.

Player Profile and High School Career

Kenyan Drake was born on January 26, 1994, in Powder Springs, Georgia. He stands 185 cm tall and his weight was last listed at 96 kg.

He attended Hillgrove High School. While in high school, he was named the Gatorade Football Player of the Year and was rated by Rivals.com as a four-star recruit by the time he was a senior. He later committed to play for Alabama.

College and Professional Career

Playing under Nick Saban, he stayed with Alabama from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, he suffered a broken leg and he only played five games as a junior. He had a broken arm in his senior year but he still managed to finish the year with great scoring.

In 2016, he was drafted into the NFL by the Miami Dolphins. He debuted in that year’s season in a game against the Seattle Seahawks. In 2017, he was named the second running back after Damien Williams. In Week 12, he became the starting running back.

2018 was his last season with the Dolphins because they traded him to the Arizona Cardinals. He played with the Cardinals through to 2020 before they traded him to the Las Vegas Raiders. He signed a two-year contract with the Raiders. In Week 13 or 2021, he broke his right ankle.
