Andre Caldwell is an American former professional football wide receiver and kickoff returner who played in the National Football League (NFL). He has played 4 seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, and another 4 seasons with the Denver Broncos.

Andre Jerome “Bubba” Caldwell was born on April 15, 1985, in Tampa, Florida, USA. The wide receiver stands 183 cm tall, and played at a listed weight of 91 kg.

He attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Tampa, where he was a highly touted athletic prospect. Committing to the University of Florida, Caldwell played for the Gators from 2003 to 2007.

During his collegiate career, he became a critical piece of the Gators' explosive offense, utilizing his speed and route-running ability to make a significant impact. His defining collegiate achievement arrived when he helped lead the team to a BCS National Championship victory following the 2006 regular season (played in early 2007).

Professional Career

Caldwell was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round (97th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft.
