MCC is the abbreviation of Marylebone Cricket Club. It is situated in London at Lord’s in St Johns Wood and was established in 1787. It is looked upon as the spiritual home of cricket and the laws in cricket cannot be altered without the approval of the MCC. It is a type of Council of cricket.
