The Berbice Cricket team was a first-class cricket team and had played first-class cricket in the Guystac Trophy during the 20th century. The team represented the Dutch colony of Berbice, which is now a county of Guyana.
The inaugural first class match of the team was played in March in the year 1960 against Marylebone Cricket Club from England. The team was captained by Joe Solomon. The notable players of the team include Basil Butcher, Rohan Kanhai and John Trim.

In 1970s and 80s, the team played a match against Demerara in every season, both in Jones Cup and in Guystac Trophy. The team holds an honor of winning the Guystac Trophy thrice in the years 1976/77, 1977/78 and 1980/81.
