Tanmay Manoj Srivastava is a left handed batsman representing the Uttar Pradesh team. He was an active player of the India Under-19 team that won the 2008 under 19 cricket World Cup in Malaysia.
Also known by the name, Toshu, Tanmay came into limelight in 2008 IPL when he was contracted by the team of Kings XI Punjab. He was selected by the team of Kochi Tuskers Kerala 2011 and presently, he plays for the Deccan Chargers team to play at the IPL 5 season 2012.
Srivastava was the main player of the Indian team in the Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia. In this championship, he scored 262 runs and became the highest scorer of the tournament. In the final match against South Africa, his crucial innings of 43 helped his team to win the World Cup.
