Barney Rogers bats left handedly and bowls right arm offbreak for the Zimbabwe cricket team. He has also played for Zimbabwe Cricket Academy and Mashonaland.

Rogers played his first One day International on 23rd November 2002 at Bulawayo against Pakistan. He bowled 4 overs, gave away 30 runs and could not take a wicket. While batting at the No. 5 position, he scored 13 runs in 16 balls. Pakistan won this match by 7 runs. Zimbabwe and Bangladesh played a Test match at Chittagong from 6th to 10th January 2005 and this was the first Test match of Rogers. Rogers was the No. 2 batsman and could score 5 runs in 47 deliveries in the 1st innings. In the 2nd innings, he was out for a duck after facing 4 deliveries. Bangladesh won this match by 226 runs.
