Naved Latif is a right handed batsman and right arm medium bowler who plays for Pakistan cricket team. He has also played for teams like Sargodha, Pakistan Customs, Lahore Badshahs, ICL Pakistan XI, Bahawalpur and Allied Bank.
Latif debuted in One day Internationals on 31st October 2001 at Sharjah against Zimbabwe. In this match, he batted at the No. 1 position and scored 7 runs in 28 deliveries and was caught by Gripper off the bowling of Streak. Pakistan won this match by 29 runs. Latif has played in just one Test match which was played from 31st January to 4th February 2002 at Sharjah against West Indies. In the 1st innings, he batted at the No. 2 position and scored a duck in 6 deliveries and was leg before wicket to Dillon. In the 2nd innings, he scored 20 runs in 32 deliveries and was caught by Jacobs off the bowling of Dillon. Pakistan won this match by 170 runs.
