Unmukt Chand is a professional Indian Cricketer. He was born on 26th March 1993 in Delhi. He is a right handed batsman and a right-arm off break bowler who played for major teams like Delhi ranji team, Delhi Daredevils, Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians.
Unmukt plays his domestic cricket for the Delhi State team. His debut First-Class match came against Gujarat on 17th November 2010 where he made an average score of 35 runs in 92 balls scoring 5 boundaries in them. In 2011, he made his IPL debut playing for Delhi Daredevils against Mumbai Indians. In 2014, he was picked by Rajasthan Royals and next year, he joined Mumbai Indians. He played for Mumbai Indains till 2016. He is a high quality batsman.
Unmukt came into limelight when Indian U19 team won the U19 world cup under his leadership. In the final match, he scored an unbeaten century and helped his team to win the precious trophy. After that, he was appreciated by the legends like Ian Chappel and Viv Richards. He also got the call from India A but he couldn’t convert those chances into big one.
