Team India will definitely go for the kill on Friday when they take on the down and out Australian team in the fourth and final Test match at Ferozeshah Kotla Stadium in Delhi.

The Indian team will try to register a 4-0 clean sweep in the series at home.

India have never won four consecutive Test matches in a series in their 81-year history of Test cricket.

Although under the captaincy of Mohammed Azharuddin, the Indian team enjoyed a clean sweep against England way back in 1993.

However, it was a three-Test series and the current team under the leadership of Mahendra Singh Dhoni will hold the distinction of being the first if they get past Australia in the final game.

India has been completely dominant in the first three Test games did not give chance to the visiting side to bounce back. The home side looks extremely strong on papers as the Aussies have struggled to play against the Indian spinners in this series.

Shikar Dhawan who came up with an outstanding performance in the debut game will be missing out on playing this game after suffering a knuckle injury while fielding. There is a possibility that Suresh Raina might get another shot to revive his Test career.

Cheteshwar Pujara might be seen opening the innings with the in-form Murali Vijay while Raina will be taking the No 5 slot in the batting order. Virat Kohli is likely to be promoted to bat up the order.

The bowling attack looks pretty good with both Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and especially Ishant Sharma putting up a better performance in the Mohali game.

With Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja posing problems for the visiting side with their spin attack, things don’t look very rosy for Harbhajan Singh. The veteran is likely to sit out once again and give way to Pragyan Ojha.

Michael Clarke is doubtful to play this game due to injury, making things worse for the visiting team.

Shane Watson who was suspended for the previous game might be seen leading the side if Clarke is not fit for the game.

Steven Smith was impressive in the previous game and has sealed his place in the playing XI. The Australian team will expect him to click again if they have to upset the mighty Indian team.

Without any second thoughts, the Indian team are clear favorites to win this game against an Australian side which may be considered to be the most inexperienced side which has come for a series in the Sub-continent.
