Modi case to be heard on 13-15 September

The CAO of the BCCI, Ratnakar Shetty said, ‘In case the evidence on behalf of BCCI gets completed on these dates an assessment would be made by 15th of September with regard to witness and advance statements of Modi’s witnesses,’

Shetty also added that the cricket board will give a list of all the witnesses along with their statements to the legal team of Lalit Modi.

He also said that the board will hold the responsibility to ensure that the witnesses are available for cross-examination by the Modi camp. He said, “The next dates for hearing are fixed for these purposes.”

Once this is completed, Modi will be allowed to produce his witnesses for which they will submit a list of witnesses to the BCCI. Once the witnesses have recorded their statement, they will be allowed for cross-questioning by the BCCI lawyers.
