Jacob Oram’s rankings

In the 3 One day Internationals, Oram scored 135 runs at a batting average of 67.50 and also bagged 4 wickets at a bowling average of 12.50. He played a major role in assisting New Zealand to a 2-1 victory in the series.
Due to this majestic all-round performance, he now occupies the No. 1 spot in the ICC ODI allrounder rankings. In the process he has surpassed Shoiab Malik of Pakistan and Andrew Flintoff of England. Oram has also surged ahead in the ODI bowler rankings and is currently placed amongst the top 10. In the ODI batsman rankings, he has moved ahead by 8 spots and is currently ranked No. 33.

As a result, he is currently amongst the top 5 ODI bowler rankings. Daniel Vettori of New Zealand could take just 1 wicket at a bowling average of 112 in the series. Due to this disappointing performance, he lost the top spot in the ODI bowler rankings. Now this spot is occupied by Nathan Bracken of Australia and he has occupied this spot for the first time in his career.
