Betulio Segundo González is a former professional boxer from Venezuela who was born on October 24, 1949 in La Concepcion, Maracaibo, Venezuela.

He started fighting professionally in his hometown in 1968 at the age of 18. Then had his first belt in 1969 when he won the Regional title Caracas.

His first fight abroad was in Tokyo against Masao Ohba in 1971. He was fighting for his first world title but was unfortunately defeated by the Japanese. He had his second try for the title against Erbito Salavarria by November 20 of that same year. The fight ended in controversy since Salavarria was suspected of using illegal drugs during the fight. González finally became the World champion for the first time in April 1972 when he defeated Socrates Batoto, knocking him out in the fourth round. He failed to defend the title by September 1972 when he was defeated by Venice Borkhorsor in Bangkok.

He became the World Flyweight champion for the second time in August 1973, defeating Miguel Canto. After defeating Franco Udella in Italy, he went back to Tokyo in November 1974, and lost the title to Oguma. Canto and González fought again in 1975, and this time, Canto took the title from him.

González became World Champion for the third time in 1978, but Luis Ibarra won the title when they met in November 1979.

He tried to take the title back for the fourth time; however, Santos Laciar defended the title in their match in 1982. He made another attempt by 1984 but Alberto Castro prevented him from doing so. By 1988, he fought Rodolfo Blanco for the title but was not successful. After his match with Blanco, he announced his retirement before turning 40 years old, eight month earlier.
