Career

Prior to turning pro, she was one of the most successful amateur boxers in U.S. history.She won the 2016 Olympic Trials (though she did not qualify for Rio due to international quota adjustments), a bronze medal at the 2018 World Championships, and a silver medal at the 2019 Pan American Games. She eventually represented the United States at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, reaching the Round of 16.
After a brief but undefeated start to her professional career, Fuchs earned a major opportunity in August 2024. She challenged the undefeated Adelaida Ruiz for the WBC Interim Super Flyweight World Title in Carson, California.
