Career

He turned pro in November 2012 when he beat Codale Ford. Since then, he has been in 26 fights, winning 24.

Browne won his first title in April 2016. It was the WBC United States Light Heavyweight title. He won it by beating Radivoje Kalajdzic. In January 2019, he beat Badou Jack in a fight held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. This gave him the WBA Interim World Light Heavy and the WBC Silver Light Heavy titles.

He lost both titles a few months later in August of the same year when he was beaten by Jean Pascal. The fight was held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. In 2021, he attended a run at the IBF World Light Heavy and the WBC World Light Heavy titles but did not manage to get past Artur Beterbiev who downed him in rounds 7 and 9.
