Career

He debuted as a pro on May 29. 2015 in a win against Marquis Pierce[[. The bout was held in New York City. He fought three more times that year, all winning against [[Jose Carmona, Benjamin Burgos, and Derrick Bivins.

In 2016, he went up against Antonio Dubose, and in 2017, he fought Wilfredo Garriga and Titus Williams. He started 2018 with a fight against Austin Daily and later with Fatiou Fassinou.

He won his first title, the NABA-USA Lightweight title in September 2019 after he defeated Miguel Beltran Jr.. He later went on to win the WBA Interim Super Featherweight title in January 2020. After the WBA eliminated the interim titles, Colbert became a challenger for the Featherweight Title. The challenge which was to be held in February 2022, was canceled because the current titleholder, Roger Gutierrez, tested positive for COVID-19.
